If you love it here, just don’t get too comfortable. The job will be over before you know it. They rapidly opened all of these clinics in 2020 and have had to close some and just laid off majority of their staff right before Christmas. Ask if the job is for a new client when you interview and just know within 2 years everything will be drastically different and they will be laying people off. They also have an LVN who is really high up in the company who is somehow overseeing RN/BSN/MSN? Not sure if this is a normal thing but that may be the basis for some of the poor decision making being made here. She seems to be among the select few spared from every layoff. Company is also never transparent about how they are doing financially so the staff cannot make decisions that are best for them to avoid being randomly jobless. Fellow employees are great though. Clinical culture is amazing.
