This place is just toxic. Don't let the pay and benefits fool you. I think the CEO has a great vision for the company but the people managing for him are some unapproachable people who don't really care for the well-being of the team. Terrible management. This is your typical corporate environment where the leaders act like they care but they do it for optics. When it comes down to it, they only care about the bottom line, not people. There were lots of micromanaging and focusing on criticism as opposed to positive feedback. So if you value working in a healthy environment, don't recommend working here.
