Our opinions and ideas are always taken into consideration when our supervisor asks for our input! she always includes us in the things are should be included in and she doesn't ever let anyone's opinions go unheard.

I would change the pay according to the amount of work that's being done on a daily.

I experienced a loss in my family which was a difficult time for me. I received the most support and care from my coworkers than I ever have before. Everyone appeared genuinely concerned for me, and they were more than helpful during my absence the center due to this loss. Many coworkers checked in on me, and all of them assured me that should I need any assistance, they are available to help. This is the first time I have worked in an environment where everyone gets along so well and works together smoothly. All departments work together cohesively and help each other out as needed.

I am fully committed to my work, and I truly love what I do. However, I would love to take on more of a leadership role to expand my skills and continue growing professionally. Knowing that my contributions make a difference for our patients, their families, and the community makes my work incredibly rewarding.
