Our opinions and ideas are always taken into consideration when our supervisor asks for our input! she always includes us in the things are should be included in and she doesn't ever let anyone's opinions go unheard.

I personally think that my job here needs a increase of pay across the board due the amount of responsibilities that this job requires. I also think that due to the sensitivity of this field when employees feel valued and are not required to work to jobs to pay the bills then it offers better services to our patients. I also think that there should be more rewards for completing trainings and extra task on time due to the fact that we are not allowed to go in to over time so taking the time out of our busy day to complete these task causes more presser on us.
