      Nothing!! Not a stable company to work in

      They have some clients and they hiring for them but the big issue in this company if the client didn't like you for any reason they will terminate you immediately ! Although your contract with crossworkers not with the client but they will not stand with you it's all about the clients not the employees !! Not recommended at all

      1. Even the pros they don’t owe them, the pros is because of the client nature which means of the client nature is tough then they will be. 2. They doesn’t have a vision. 3. Salaries are veryyy low comparing to their profit. 4. They can’t handle developers and the management doesn’t have any idea of the field. 5. The way of treatment is very aggressive. 6. No learning curve unless your client is good and wants you to grow 7. HR always on the management site if any problem happened. Overall if you got a chance to be working with a good client you’ll be happy if not crossworkers doesn’t have a thing to do
