Vantaggi

Fun events and positive, friendly co-workers. Pay was at an average level for the industry - aka, not much. I could see this job being fun for a college kid or someone not super serious about advancing in ems.

Svantaggi

This company has very little structure and was a bit of a joke, respectfully. No training, inadequate supplies, poor scheduling, questionable care. Kits did not even have narcan or proper bleeding control. In general, avoid the GMR group of companies if you are able to.

Vantaggi

Exciting large-scale medical assignments at concerts, festivals, marathons, and national events that challenge clinical skills and adaptability in ways few roles can. Working alongside exceptionally capable and dedicated physicians, EMTs, paramedics, and RNs who remain professional and deliver excellent patient care despite the organizational dysfunction. Unique opportunities to strengthen teamwork, apply clinical judgment and critical thinking in complex, high-acuity field environments. Flexible Schedule.

Svantaggi

CrowdRx’s culture prioritizes politics over professionalism, optics over integrity, and sycophancy over substance. Promotions and event access hinge on flattery and favoritism rather than competence or contribution. Accountability is selective or nonexistent, and HR issues are managed through image control, not resolution. Management’s fixation on optics and brand perception has fostered an environment where transparency is discouraged and retaliation is a recurring theme. Operationally, chronic disorganization and poor communication leave frontline teams without reliable guidance or feedback. Leadership is reactive, fragmented, and frequently absent when it matters most, providing little direction or meaningful support. Policies shift without notice, standards change without explanation, and transparency is routinely replaced by rumor, speculation, and quiet sabotage. Feedback, if provided, is vague or vindictive rather than constructive, and professional reputation often depends on subjective undisclosed judgments instead of measurable performance. CrowdRx operates in an environment where perception outranks integrity and retaliation replaces accountability. Morale is fragile, turnover is high, and yet providers continue to deliver exceptional patient care -- their dedication remains this organization’s only enduring strength.
