If you are driven there's no lack of opportunity to excel, but you must be willing to cultivate relationships while you are growing your technical skills. Leaders that take control of their careers will enjoy this firm, but those that just work hard and wait for promotion will have a tougher road. If you have any ability to sell, leadership will give you support financially to chase prospective clients. I also enjoy the casual dress policy in office and the where to work flexibility. Overall the people in this firm are the best part of working here, it's large so there are some difficult people mixed in there but the culture and principles of care, share, invest and grow tends to win out over those few that focus more on themselves than their team.
