For the most part they are really trying to make it better there, but the partners need to take a more active role in making it a better place to work. There are some really good people there who are smart and willing to work hard.

The local partners should take responsibility for the discontentment of the staff. Unfortunately, everyone sticks their head in the sand to coddle the rainmakers, who in turn, poison the atmosphere.
