Work life balance isn't great, similar to any other public accounting firm. If you're a high performer, you're given more work. Low performers can last pretty long here due to inability to get rid of them (easy to ride the wave) and you end up having to pick up their slack. There are some toxic partners at the top who will drive you a bit nuts the higher up you get. It's still audit no matter which way you turn it.
