You’re just expected to know how it all works even if you’re brand new to the job/industry. -Will place you in departments with specializations that you’ve never done before and be upset you don’t know what’s happening. -understaffed teams, leading to staff not having seniors to help teach and then managers/SM upset they have to answer questions.
