Poor training metrics I think they could train people a lot better than they actually are, its more being dropped into the lions den and hope you dont get eaten. Managers will more talk about you than talk to you, you will think everything is fine then later find out its actually not. They will tell you theres no such thing as a stupid question then treat all your questions as stupid questions and judge your entire tenure off of a stupid question. Asking for help isnt a real thing, they will make you feel inferior for asking for help. DEI isnt real at this company either, they will say it is but truly it aint.
