Crown Technical Systems has a group of leaders with great minds who are willing to teach and train anyone who wants to engage with the business and be a part of the team. Their product offering in the utility industry sets them apart from most of their competition which has allowed them to grow tremendously over the past decade. The manufacturing industry is a very paced environment and Crown is no exception. It may seem overwhelming at first, but the team has developed a training program that brings new employees up to speed quickly. Anyone that wants to be a part of this growing company will be invested in and taught everything they need to know to excel in their position. The leadership team does a great job of making sure everyone is set up for success and is willing to bring anyone aboard the Crown train who wants to contribute to the growth of the team. Crown does a good job of promoting from within and recognizing the employees that are contributing to the team. Many of the managers have grown with the company and have been promoted to new positions based on their performance and commitment. The company does a lot of fun things for the employees. They have quarterly BBQ's or food trucks; monthly cash drawings for safety and/or attendance; and they put on a very elaborate Holiday party near the end of the year. Overall, Crown Technical Systems is a very fun and rewarding company to work for.

Crown is not for everyone. The fast paced environment is not suited well for people that are looking to coast through the day.

High management turnover (>50%). Pay is substandard for the area causing some employees to live in their cars unless they have family to live with.
