Vantaggi
- The products they sell are pretty - Computers tend to have 2 or 3 monitors which is nice for productivity.
Svantaggi
- Easily the worst job I've ever had and I had a former employer refuse to pay me for 4 months, so the bar is quite low. - Constantly finding ways to cut down your pay. - They pressure you into working on the weekend and at night for no pay at all. Made half of their staff work on Christmas day. You will constantly be doing unpaid overtime as upper management looks down on you if you do not and scores your performance poorly in consequence. - You are always watched either physically or through cameras. If you talk with a coworker for more than 5 minutes, you'll be called into a superior's office to be lectured. - I was expected to manage and answer over 300 emails daily while answering customer inquiries on the phone, managing team performance, creating a bunch of new processes from the ground up, AND coordinating shipments and quality checks. Absolutely overworked for an abysmal pay. - Company is made up mostly of people who are family or friends because no one else stays. Gossip or drama is CONSTANT. Coworkers are unprofessional and constantly participate in middle school level gossip and bullying. There is no HR (they don't believe they need it) If you bring up the matter of fellow coworkers verbally insulting you to upper management, they will blame you instead for "creating drama" with your complaint. - Constant offensive remarks like "are you on your periods or something" or "women are so emotional" when you're rightfully burned out. - Petty favoritism. If they do not like you, it doesn't matter if your track record is spotless, they will cut down your pay, make you pass extra tests that no one else has to pass, and talk badly about you to any fellow coworker willing to listen. - Turnover is high. One new employee quit within a week. Several others only lasted a couple more. - Only upper management is allowed to work from home. There's almost always at least one person who has COVID in the building. - Genuinely some of the most emotionally immature and petty people I've ever met worked in this office. Apply only if you miss middle school.
