Crownpeak values of "never being satisfied with the status quo" and "working with pride and purposes" create a sense of urgency and high expectations within the organization. Our current executive team is comprised almost entirely of individuals that have joined the organization in the past 18 months and take this feedback very seriously as they push for strategic change across the company.
