It's been very fun and fulfilling working at Crucial Learning. We enjoy a lot of repeat business from existing clients, and the train the trainer model helps us stick around with companies, and have high organizational virality. Coworkers are all very friendly, good work life balance, and investment into people as individuals. Lots of opportunity for professional development training. The company walks the talk.

Some systems and processes are a little dated. The company has been around for 35 years, and has been successful.

Very strong people and workplace culture. Great content.

Purchased the SDI which is a great assessment. Tried to force it into the "Crucial" way and failed to utilize it effectively.
