You are not paid a living wage. There are no raises, ever. Recommendations and suggestions that would improve productivity and efficiency fall on deaf ears. Updates to the booking engine do not take into account the front-line users day to day needs for efficient performance of your job. Seniority does not give you any benefits other than more PTO up to the max possible of 5 weeks (but if you cannot work due to any internet issues, computer problems, weather related issues, illness or bereavement, that time is deducted from PTO).
