Team may feel too small at times for all the projects that are needed to get done

Everyone is generally supportive and friendly. There is a *lot* of creative freedom. I personally like that, though it can make working between departments difficult. Management is awesome, and very supportive. Work place is super mellow. Flexible hours. The workload shifts dramatically between light and pretty heavy, depending on your department, and development cycle. Crunch periods are mostly short, and far between. Despite my complaints below, I feel the future is bright for this company.

The amount of creative freedom borders on inattention at times, and can really cause issues in later development. Which leads to the biggest con about this company: how isolated all the departments are from each other; lots of good ideas get thrown out, and lots of time is wasted because of this. It's frustrating for everyone. Even within teams, things are rather isolated.
