Quality Control Auditor - Recensione dipendente - Quality Control Analyst presso Crystal Group

I have been with the company for 2 years i started as a case handler for 7 months which i enjoyed getting to understand the company whilst developing as a person and an agent, after that i went for the role of QC which i have been part of that team since, since being part of the QC team i have developed not just as an agent within the team but as a person and also feel valued, which has made me the most senior person within the team, being at Crystal makes me strive to want to improve and there is always opportunities arising, everyone at Crystal makes you feel welcome especially if you like a good cup of tea i guarantee you will be offered one ! There is not one person in the senior management team that will make you feel uneasy or that you cant talk to everyone is friendly, the CEO every month gives you a company update on how the business is progressing and what targets we aim to hit, there is also A LOT of recognition which if you get an award always sets you up to have a great day, Crystal never forgets your birthday whether its a buffet or a few gifts from the team you will always get a cake from our HR department (its the little things) Crystal is just a generally nice place to work there is lots more i could write however i would be here forever!
