The company is very personal, supportive and understanding of individual needs and strives to maximise your strengths and develop you as a person; not just a worker. The hierarchy is quite flat and there is capacity to grow and develop as far as you can if you have the right approach and genuine care for clients and colleagues.

Svantaggi

With growth we have lost some elements that made us great. The family feel is lessened and the emerging corporate elements seem unavoidable.

Your review is really appreciated. I'm pleased to read this; it's important to me and my leadership team that everybody understands where they fit and how they add to our "mission". We'll continue to be honest, open and share the challenges and goals we face as a business. That's the only way we can combine the efforts and talents of everybody. It's a busy time. Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
