      Crystal is a great company to work for and I have really enjoyed working here. They have given me lots of support over the years and the flexi working has allowed me to have the perfect work/life balance. The people are what really makes Crystal -fun and friendly. The health care plan that they offer is amazing and my whole family have made use of it! There are big plans for growth and expansion over the next 12 months

      Although I have not had any issues with parking - parking spaces are limited and come on a first come first serve basis, but this is an issue across the whole business park not just at Crystal.

      Firstly, thank you for your 5 years of contribution to our business. I share your excitement for the future and pleased to have everybody helping to make it happen. Nice comments and good feedback too. Sadly, not too much we can do about the parking situation other than promote car sharing where practical! Thanks Tony, CEO

      Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
