Dear Reviewer, I agree that our Crystal team contains a great bunch of people. It was a real regret that we recently had to make changes to the structure of the business which also resulted in reduction of required roles. As we shared in the company updates at the time, this was not driven around business performance but a change of process which was needed to protect our customers. You will hopefully appreciate that there are no specifics mentioned in your review and so it's hard to comment.
