Nothing it’s great to work there

The job offered plenty of autonomy while I was in product management and ultimately market development roles. Previous CEO made me feel like many times I would be fired for no cause. This was a common occurrence amongst our sales, marketing and product team. Pay was good for the region and there was many projects that needed good product management. Mainly Klaran LEDs for water. UVC LEDs are improving in capability.

It was very difficult to work with the constant change in leadership at CIS. This was made even harder because of the lack of communication with the product engineering and development teams in Japan and the United States. This may have improved with Covid but it likely has deteriorated further with less face time.
