Good experiance, not a great environment - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Advisor presso Crystel

They supervisors and project managers expect a lot from the teams, but they also cross the line often, because most people working in the customer service advisor roles don't have other options, they are taking advantage of often with unreasonable or unexplained vacation/pay deductions, forgotten "unpaid" overtime, etc. Its not an environment that encourages one to do their best.
