I would say no any plan which is better than the current one. -people are sad, quiet and demotivated, some leaving the company, many talking about it. -Many people working on old hardware, including very old 24 inch monitors. -Open space working environment and very noisy. Difficult to concentrate on work in such conditions. People walking around, talking aloud, like in a pub. Promises, hopes and requests that we keep being quiet and not talk about Crytek problems outside the company - how long can you be quiet?
