High expectations with no training. No recognition for hard work and responsibilities. Very poor management with no skills especially president and production supervisor. Its all about relationship and politics in this company. Thare is no future thoughts and plan. All momentary decisions. Blaming culture is so popular, instead of focusing on problems and implement processes. Managers are unethical and unprofessional threatening people. Even HR doesn’t do anything about it because of the “relationships”. Their sales is so low and they keep hiring and firing people. Makes everyone feel un-secure. Take the reviews seriously, this is not a good company to work. Don’t even go for interview. They will smile at you and show you “good things “ they do for the employees, do NOT fall in any of those attitudes. Be patient you will find better job.
