The team here is awesome. Everybody is all hands on deck and goes out of their way to be helpful on things even if it’s not in their job description. Company is always thinking of the next big thing and where we should be going rather than dwelling on the past (whether the past was good or bad). Super dynamic and feels exciting like a startup but with a seasoned set of products and employees.

There’s always a lot of work to be had here, which is less so a con of working here as it is an opportunity.

The people that work at Cuattro are amazing.

The Vice President is disruptive and often unable to reason with. Belittled employees. Nothing could be done about it.
