Really can't think of positive things working on this company

Overwork, no structure, no team, you are the whole development team (dev, qa, support, documentation) Low pay, no bonuses and allowances Management sometimes shames employees and fire them or cut their contract short when they voice out their grievances

Nice colleague, most is helpful

lousy Management, no proper training and sometime when things screw up will push the blame on you, very stingy company bonus do not exist, not enough manpower but not hiring more people and carpark claim can drag for over 2 month. Nothing is good for this company. crazy high turnover rate.
