Storage isn't always a good experience or for a good cause most people are stressed out and for us to be able to help in any way even by taking them from that bad experience and giving them the ultimate good Customer service is awesome! Benefits are awesome provide 401k. The pay is good. Training is great. Communication throughout the company is great also. Any changes in policies, benefits anything you name it and we receive a memo emailed to us. Friday's are weekly communications. Upper management is open for suggestions we have something called the idea center and I can say I've submitted ideas which have been taken and put in to play. If I continue I would write a book about CubeSmart and how awesome it is to work for this company! Come to work do what you have to do follow company policies be honest and loyal and you will be great!
