I started with CubeSmart just under two years ago and all I can say is WOW! I had no previous self-storage experience, but I was still welcomed into the family with open arms. The support you receive from all levels is insurmountable. It wasn’t long after joining CubeSmart that I realized the culture was exceptional, and the longer I have been exposed to the working world, the more I realize that a supportive culture can be elusive to find. The executive team guides with strong principals that promote ethics, our values and mission. It’s also rewarding when you have the freedom to reach out to anyone from upper management, knowing that they are open to ideas and committed to doing the right thing for their employees and Customers. I would certainly recommend working for CubeSmart to any employee; it’s been a great ride so far!
