Based off the issues below, they have some sense of care to make sure you still have a job. CubeSmart is a great place to work actually, but there are just some things that are sketchy and rude.

A lot to learn and to remember. There is down time. In a way, they treat their employees kind of bad. I worked at one store for a short time and was moved to another store. Come to find out I was replaced with a family friend but they lied to me and said the rental season was up...okay but you never said that in the interview it was seasonal..come on now, be real people. So whenever someone else comes along because they need a job am I going to keep being bounced store to store? not cool.
