There are no cons in the Company but yes there could be few common things which are common in all Organizations.

No pressure from seniors, work as a team, ready to address problems put forth, its v good place as long as you stay there.. Increment every year based on your performance..

Once you leave the company.. you have to follow up for your PF for atleast and year. Half the time we only hear excuses..
