      Breakroom with food provided, dogs, great coworkers, great customers, good discounts.

      Food was bought using staff tip money which is illegal, owners treat employees poorly, owners push for way too many dogs to attend (extremely unsafe), expectations are extremely high especially given the low pay. very demanding physically and emotionally with very little pay off. Sexist, racist, homophobic, etc. comments from the owners at times. Very very high turnover rate.

      The only pro is that there was dogs

      - Management constantly favor certain employees and dogs to the point of letting aggressive dogs in daycare and going back on their words when it comes to the of dogs /employees. (Ex. Telling you to to fallow orders from another employee while training and getting upset with you once you do those exact things) - Constantly overpopulated and understaffed, allowing 40+ dogs in a small room with only one attendant (I counted the dogs constantly) - Management will talk badly about you to your coworkers and in front of you. - They steal your tips and use it for snacks that you and your coworkers "pick" - Would also constantly attempt to schedule me for times and days I had previously told them I was unable to work during the interview process
