Poor Mental Health Support – Employees who leave due to mental health struggles may find themselves effectively blacklisted, rather than supported in their return. Rigid Hiring Practices – The company appears unwilling to consider experienced former employees, even when they have a proven track record of success. Limited Career Growth – If leadership doesn’t recognize past achievements, it raises concerns about how they treat current employees looking to advance. Disregard for Work-Life Balance – Repeatedly told that answering phone calls and emails outside of work hours, is expected and normal.

Good team of hard working people on the whole. Hybrid working. Good training opportunities through apprenticeship and other courses.

Massive disparity between highest and lowest paid team members doing the same role, with no way to work up to being paid more. Job doesn't feel particularly secure - lots of outsourcing and redundancies as the company transitions into new era. Culture is not positive on the whole.
