Pay is fair for a busser position hours are good and you have a lot of opportunity to get hours. Management is great but plays favorites.

Svantaggi

If you are hired as a busser there is almost no chance of moving up beyond that position because they hire outside servers with more experience over promoting within no matter how long you have worked for the company.

In the future, we would recommend talking to your GM about the goals that you need to hit in order to grow into a serving position, as we definitely prefer to to promote from within.
