- Inexperienced Management - Outdated system - Long-winded procedure - Lack of freedom to get a task done - Uses negative enforcement (fear of losing the job) - Lack of understanding of Asian culture and etiquette. - Lack of understanding of how to nurture clients. They put the sales in the position to harass clients. - Poor & last min marketing efforts adding unnecessary stress to Sales. - One way communication. - Resistance to change - Changes/ improvements are implemented without proper planning. No market research will be done before they implement. T - Lack of trust in hired people. If you are experienced, this will not be a place for you to do your thing. - Emphasis on unnecessary tasks leading to a poor work environment. Sales wouldn't be able to focus on sales but have their mind burdened unnecessarily. - Poor segregation of databases. You'd be forced to call clients who are no longer a target audience. - Lack of understanding of modern technology and tools that could ease pressure on the whole organization.
