      European ownership and top spot locally makes communicating US ideas difficult. Chances for advancement are relatively non-existent. Patriarchal Euro bosses are hard to endure. Multi-national workforce precludes and prevents camaraderie overall.

Atmosphere for the most part is collaborative, inclusive, relaxed and fun at times.. Plant is climate controlled and immaculately clean!

      My co-workers were very friendly and helpful. The management was opened-minded about ideas I had recommended to optimize the processes in each department.

      I wish I had more time at the internship in order to learn the various CAD software they had in order to create the packaging.
