      Access to a multitude of resources and most people are very cooperative and want to help out best they can. Pay is good, benefits are great.

      Work-life balance was not good. Almost everyone I knew was overwhelmed with work and stretched thin. There are members of leadership who have said they do not care about overworking their engineers, especially the younger generation.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
