      1. Good Office culture 2. Flexible work hours (atleast for wfh) 3. Good organisation for begineers/freshers to understand any technology they use from scratch

      1. Company is working on very old java versions and systems resulting slow growth rate 2. No such additional perks/benefits to work in organisation 3. They have many products already built resulting in maintainance rather than development work
