Salary payments are not reliable. My last notice period salary was delayed for more than 45 days, which caused serious financial and professional stress. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no clear communication or timely resolution. Additionally, important documents like payslips and relieving-related paperwork were not provided on time, which affected my onboarding and verification process with another company. Overall, there is a lack of payroll discipline and employee support. I would advise prospective employees to clarify salary timelines and exit formalities in writing before joining.
