      Great energy, lots of talk about team building, diversity, leadership

      Lots of people fired. Nothing wrong with that except how it is done. No time for improvement plan, fired without warning. Makes you wonder if company values are reflected on how they manage the company. Rating compensation due to not having benefits at the time I was there and I am unsure how good the health benefits are now.

      The opportunity for growth is incredible. I have spent years at corporate companies who spend millions trying to create the environment that CureMint has. The real difference is they spent time building it instead of money trying to buy it. The accountability is there. You never have to wonder if you're doing a good job. If you are, everyone will take the time to tell you and if you're not, you are given the feedback and opportunity to improve.

      It is a fast paced, start up environment. What you do matters. Start ups are not for everyone but if you love that environment, it's everything you hope for.
