Incredible investments in the site and new management who are driven to see the site and the company succeed. Great workforce who always try to figure out how to do the right thing. Longtime clients are shocked at the turnaround in the site's culture and output. Senior leadership recognizing needs for operational excellence and putting resources towards making AMIR a high-functioning business.
Svantaggi
Can be long work hours and difficult to fit in all the work being requested. Services not well-integrated with other AMRI sites, but this is being addressed.
