Most people are under paid and work beyond there title with no compensation. Bonuses are the equivalent of toy prices at McDonald’s. Equipment is outdated Upper management does not seem to care and ignores the fact experience is not easily replaceable if at all in some cases ( extremely high attrition although the company presents it as industry standard)
