- You will be expected to work 9 hours while only being paid for 8
- If your chemistry runs long you must stay late or come in on weekends
- They offer you a very low salary when you initially apply just so they can continue to low ball you with their final offer (ask for more money always)
- Benefits get cut every year
- Their maximum raise is 2.5% and that's a merit based raise that will only be given to a couple people every year
- You will be given more than you can handle because people are always quitting and there isn't enough staff (this is a big issue for Chemical Development)
This used to be a great company with benefits, bonuses and adequate raises but that time has passed. I was really excited to start working here because a current employee had told me it was great and to apply (they get money for recommending people) but within 4 months I started looking for a new job. Do yourself a favor and apply to regeneron.
