The atmosphere is truly unique. Working hours are reasonably flexible. There is a lot of ambition. Some colleagues are inspiring.

Tasks at hand go out of the way for ambitions, which often prevents sustained focus on the right things. The company can be slow to pick up new methods too. Sadly there is little regard for security.
