Training is disjointed. You might do some in the home office, some in the store, not very consistent. All staff realized we received totally different variations of training. WAAYYYY too much is expected of employees. You're expected to run a store, interact with customers, answer phone/email, enter 100-200 items and go through consignment all at once....and the store must be spotless. Couldn't agree more with other reviews that you don't have much of a personal life, and you're not expected to. Definitely not a good job for anyone who is thinking of starting a family or has one. Only one location has enough employees, every other location is seriously understaffed. Turnover rate is high (eve for retail).
Any promises about growth is a joke.
