No 401k match, unlimited PTO but constant work rarely allows people to take time off that’s approved. It’s also unlimited PTO so the company doesn’t pay anyone out when they leave. Company is no longer remote even though they say they are and yet senior leadership is allowed to be remote from other states. In office collaboration meaning we all just sit behind a screen all day and have meetings on zoom Company prioritizes after hour events and catering, creating “forced joy”, when instead they could pay people properly or have a 401k match program.
