It is easy to concentrate if in the office as it is a ghost town. Anyone who could find a better job has left the firm.

COVID- reduced salaries with no expectation or explanation of when they will be returned to pre-COVID status. No management. Non-qualified, non-professional HR staff. Outdated software, The only people left in the firm other than those fat partners who continue to "draw" their salaries regardless of staff poverty are : 1) those who plan to retire soon; 2) those who are only qualified to work at Curtis which means they are basically unemployable anywhere else; 3) new naive associates and paralegals who are clueless as to what they've walked into (they'll find out soon)
