People are really nice and it has a family ambiance. Colleagues are supportive to each other. Large range of job missions which give you a good understanding of different aspects in consumer goods business

Work environment is not dynamic as the average age of employees might be 40-45 yo. There is neither training programme , nor personnel development scheme. There is no incentives and no clear salary raise structure. Company is not yet having its digital transformation. Very limited tools for analysis and reports.

The hours are there if you want them

12-hour shifts, supervisors who don't know how to supervise, very tiring monotonous work, very low morale around the place
