If you are a car enthusiast that likes to be around Big dollar cars the owner will gladly take you on a Braggadocios tour of his Multi Million dollar collection. Advancement is a dirty word at CCS. Although they offer company sponsored Health Insurance, you will pay for 90% of the cost. A single plan will cost you $6000.00 per year, a family plan over $14,000. BTW- This does not include Dental or Vision care. The 401K plan is Absolutely the Worst I have ever seen. The employer contribution is discretionary and even when paid is quite dismal. Example: One year I contributed $8,000, the company match was just over $200! ...and of course, unless you are with CCS for 5 years most of that will be taken back due to lack of Vesting. Expect to give 110%, but don't expect to be rewarded or acknowledged for doing so. There are Absolutely no Perks at CCS, they even make you pay for a cup of lousy coffee in the lunch room. If you want a snack because you are working late, no problem, they have vending machines full over overpriced, unhealthy items. There is NO Culture at all, which is really a shame. Basically, CCS encourages you to be a Drone. The majority of people walk around with there heads down and many want even say hello or good morning when you walk past them. Honestly, I could write a small novel on the Cons with this company. The bottom line is, the Owner is Extremely Self Centered and really does not care about his employees on so many different levels. This is translated downstream in a big way!
