No real set schedule of hours, No pay raise in five years, not very good communication with changes in procedures. Not following thru with changes to my sure all the problems are worked out.
- Very high turnover in Middle Management which are the staff that get things done
- Plant Managers have been revolving doors which speaks to inability at the executive level or poor decisions in fit
- President/CEO is unqualified and lacking manufacturing experience which shows why the factory has such high turnover in salaried and hourly positions
- The culture the owners want is not carried forth by their executive team
- The owners are weak enough not to take action on the problems with their management team
- High amounts of overtime which affects work/life balance
